Awesome mortgage broker to know in Riverside County!! Sunnie's communication was on point and she made everything easier than the first time I bought a house. She's also much easier to get a hold of than other loan officers, which is a big deal when you're buying property. If you need something done by a certain date, she is on it - She works at the pace you require. She even managed to get me a pretty decent rate for the time, and I plan on using her to refi when they drop again. What's cool is my Realtor met Sunnie for the first time on this transaction and he's been sending people to her ever since. She's just that amazing! Sunnie was helpful in the refinance process but was not able to help us to help us to access existing equity in our home. As a result we have since needed to refi again with another lender. Sunnie is nice overall but struggled to meet our primary goal for the refi.

This lender did not respond to phone calls. Text messages were sent that seemed automatically generated. When I asked repeatedly for a phone call before applying through a link that was emailed to me she did not respond with a phone call. Instead, i continued to get text messages asking for my information and telling me about programs. It made me very skeptical so I ended up reaching out to another lender.
